James - great update on the Open Sauce (source) theme. I noticed particularly the incorporation of new ideaas from people at the workshop I attended - itself an example of Open source and collaborative work? Maybe it would be worth including an element of this within those ideas? One thing which is kind of alluded to but perhaps could be emphasised is the idea of learning on the one hand i.e. the organisation being porous to new ideas, and the idea of emergence - people putting forward ideas until a kind of concensus emerges.

Just some thoughts but liking the development.

P.S. the picture doesn't do you justice though :)
