Uber-blogger Dave Weinberger is in London at the moment attending this conference. I met up with him and a few others in Brick Lane last night. It was very good to meet David in person and hear him talk first hand about the development of the US blogopshere in comparison to Europe. Tom Coates was also there. His recent experiences actually sounded worse first-hand - "like Ronald McDonald offering you counselling advice." Ouch.

Sounds an interesting evening, blimey the conference is expensive £599 a day or £1100 for the three days and to think people were moaning about the £250/£100 we where charging at Our Social World
