Great job at Research06! Only trouble was, your slot was 'reverse zapped' and on before the PVR paper, so some of us missed it (well, me). Liked Ali's spot, only he and the Sky guy were speaking at 35x too! So many issues to follow up on though, keen to do this via blogosphere and elsewhere. Interesting to note examples of where companies have tried to use blogs deceptively - selling under the guise of blogging. Another speaker (Paul Marsden, consumerempowerment.com) suggested that 'selling' could be done via word of mouth, though. Too much to think about..!
