What does that mean on a day-to-day basis? We hope this page gives you an idea of the services that clients buy from us.  Broadly, they fall into three areas: Education, Evaluation and Engagement. 

What do we actually deliver? In fact, a lot of our work is about specific scenarios or problems.  Often, it starts with a conversation such as: 'We're thinking about this, could you take a look.'  So please get in touch if you'd like some feedback on your exact issue or brief.

Our charges are also on a bespoke basis.  We work through agreed project fees, retainers, as interim management or outsourced partners.  Our guiding principles for fees are clarity of purpose, openness and flexibility.  We want to provide you with great value and for you to feel happy about recommending us to colleagues and associates.
