In the future data and analytics will be at the core of most marketing strategies. The major problem facing corporations are not privacy issues (and yes, they are important). Rather, the major problem is lack of organizational infrastructure and alignment that facilitates the collection and usage of critical customer data.


I admit that I am a novice when it comes to marketing, but I am trying to self educate on this topic. I am particularly interested in the power and influence of the blog world, so I found this post very intriguing and, yes, maybe just a tad alarming when it comes to how easy it is to identify someone by innocuous pieces of info.
